He is my nephew and I've had the pleasure of eating some of his wonderful food so I know he's a fantastic chef. And what he's doing now makes him a "Top Chef"! I have always moaned and groaned about the quality of food served in hospitals - it should be the very best so the sick can get well and the well can stay well - it's especially important to keep the hospital staff feeling good!
